Buick, one of the original American brands, is a branch of the General Motors corporation that manufactures cars in the United States. It was founded by automotive entrepreneur David Dunbar Buick, and General Motors was established in 1908 by this company. Before founding GM, General Motors founder William C. Durant served as Buick’s general director and largest investor.
